Studio Scale TIE Fighter

Nils,

It was taped on the leg bag.. please double check.. also can you cheack to see if you can pick up a 1/35 Tamiya Tank Destroyer near you.. will cost the price of a kit just to send the lil part from here. If you find one I'll cover the cost via paypal $15 to $20 bucks. I can include it in any other kit you may want to get in the future.. Tydirium Shuttle... Red Jammer y Wing... Snow Speeder :) Lemme know

Nope, it wasn´t there..To send me a new one, what can that cost, 2-3 dollars?

As I'm still waiting on a few Tie kits from Steve- just wanted to request if anyone has a parts listing that comes with each kit? Maybe Steve supplies one, as I'm still on the wait list I obviously cannot tell what comes in the box. What would be helpful is a parts image map showing the entire content for both Tie Interceptor and Tie std, Hero etc. I could probably work it out given the wealth of imagery out there...but..

I'm not as clued up as most so I'd only discover if something was missing by a chance look at the available images. I'm pretty certain I can put one together without instructions though.

btw- this is not jab at Steve or anyone connected with the NICE-n-Models enterprise, just wanted to be informed of the parts count out of curiosity and with such a long list of customers perhaps parts can be missed.

Thanks

'Jay.

I believe the plan for future kits is to have a visual parts sheet which shows every part in the entire kit, by which the actual kit you receive has been crosschecked against prior to closing up the box. Does that make sense? This new process will eliminate any missing kit parts. We can physically make a photocopy of the parts stuck onto a sheet of paper, then take the plastic pieces, sit them onto the photocopy and make sure each item has a physical part in place, before bagging and boxing the item. When you have so many parts it is often easy to overlook a piece here or there, but in this way nothing gets left out.

Dave :)

Sounds like a good plan to catch the relevant pieces. Thanks Dave.

Hi Steve,

It's about 3 months since I've notified you that you sent the wrong cockpit half. I don't seem to have much luck PM'ing or emailing about it, so I'll post it here again. Many times it's been 'in the mail in the morning'.

Can you please let me know when it has shipped? I'm sure we'd both like to be done with the issue.

Thanks,
Scott
