Nothing says “1985” more than striped tube socks pulled up just beneath the kneecaps. Man, my sock drawer was exclusively stuffed with those in elementary school in the 80’s.

So I enjoyed season 2 when I watched it...but since it’s been out I have decided it was nearly as memorable as the first season. I never went back and watched it again, which says I must not have enjoyed it as much as the first.
I’ve been kind of skeptical regarding season 3...but this was a really solid trailer to me, and it’s got me a bit more excited.

Looks like the monster is in the hallway of a hospital. We see some kind of infection on Billy’s arm..

Ever since watching season 1, Stranger Things has integrated itself into my life in more ways than I can count. My personal brand and aesthetic has taken heavy influence from the show and the 80s. I just moved to a new apartment and am doing my best to convert my room into one straight out of an 80s movie (I.e. covering the walls and vaulted ceilings with 80s movie posters, dark wood mod furniture, etc.).
That being said...I cannot stop thinking about this trailer! There's so much to unpack and I'm very excited about what is to come for the Hawkins crew. It looks like this season is going full-on radical with the lighting, clothing, special effects, etc. Really interested to see the story focus on the teenage years of the gang and all the 'fun' that comes with growing up. This summer can't come soon enough!
