This is the coolest build that I have seen in a long time. Well done man. I can hardly believe that you made that with foam. You are really a wizard of note.

Have you thought about making an alternate business end of the staff, one ready to fire? It would look even more kickass in photos with your fantastic armour. You could use rare earth magnets to hold them to the end of the staff and make it easier to switch.

Finished !! ...... well more or less, I still have to add the "tassels" that hang from the "ears" .... although I'm still unsure about those, I quite like the looks of it as is.

Great outcome in the end. It all came together really well. The eyes look like a great effect as well.

I have to second the question of how you manage to keep the top part in place in the collar.

When I made the head piece 1st off it was the perfect size to sit over my head and on top of my shoulders without having to pad it out or strap/pin it in place.

When I made the collar I didn't even think at the time to make it to fit with the head piece in mind ..... it was just blind luck that the head piece fit over the collar nice and snug

Absolutely magnificent!!!!! Those action shots are great, that is why I had suggested you do a second ready to fire head for your staff weapon.
