If that poster is real then it might be confirmation that Chewie dies. Plus if 3PO is suddenly given the bandolier and bowcaster and is now a fighter....I wouldn't know whether to laugh or cry. hey Knights of Ren, nice of you guys to show up at the end of the story when you could have made the First Order a more viable threat the whole trilogy!

Okay. If that is a legitimate poster, then I am going to abandon ship quite soon. That poster is IMO the absolute low point in the history of all Star Wars MOVIE posters. BUT !!! I have hopes that it is one of those "decorative" posters and not meant as a real advertisement poster.

My complaints: at first glance terrible new character designs. Terrible OLD character designs. The Knights of Ren are less than intimidating. C-3PO and a bow caster?! Is that S.T.A.R. from The Black Hole among the Knights? Not enough guts to at least update Landos attire? I mean, does anyone here dress like he did about 35 years ago? Come ON!!!

Okay. It is a teaser. But I do not feel teased, I feel irritated. Or is that a to-date unknown allergy I am coming down with?! Time will tell...

Yeah, I don't dress the way I did 35 years ago -- but I was in fourth grade then. I do, however, dress much as I did in high school. But I was an odd duck, both then and now.

The one thing I've loved about every live action Star Wars film (barring a few exceptions) are all the costumes. These designs look cool to me.

Plus Han dressed pretty much the same the entire series so having Lando dressed the same doesn't bother me unless he's wearing that outfit in the snow or something like that. That was something that I loved about the OT was that the characters would change their outfit to suit their environments, one of the many missteps of the prequels.

It looks like an art department mock up to me, definitely a production leak, but I'd be surprised if it were intended for general release.

PS : I imagine C3PO is simply carrying the weapons, it looks like he has Reys old staff on his shoulder

Y-Wings are back?

TIES with the pointy outboards. I like them.

Of course we know about the new trooper helmets. I quite like these, but miss the organic alien looking originals. All the helmets in Star Wars now look like Earth biker helmets.

The band around Rey's saber suggests she's keeping the old design, so nothing new to see there.

C-3PO fighting? I REALLY really hope not.

I like all the red on that one X-wing.

Kylo keeps his broken helmet. That's fun. Couldn't be bothered making a new one? Maybe a cooler one?

The knights of ren... Here comes the folk we know nothing about.

I'm still excited. I have hope. And after all, without hope, the Rebels would have been lost in Star Wars.

I was itching to leave TLJ within the first 10minutes. I sat it out, its Star Wars after all.
I see 3P0 pick up a Bowcaster and don a bandalier, I'm gone. No hanging round tgis time.

I'm fine with additions or subtractions with costumes too. Like add a camo poncho and a helmet to Luke in Jedi and he's in Endor gear, even though he's still wearing his black outfit underneath. That kind of thing.

I'm more concerned about the story being ****.

Personally, I was never a fan of the group shot poster. They're overdone, and usually look pretty slapped together. I think the only one that was done well was the Raiders poster.
