Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Pre-release)

Re: Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Regardless of this teaser, I think there will be many aspects about his approach to this movie which will be a departure from his usual style.

And though I think this teaser concept could be effective, I am still not convinced this is the real deal. Like Devin mentioned, their sources could be wrong despite having been reliable in the past.

Thank goodness for streaming HD... bring on the trailer!!

JD : I think you going should add an "a" and a "ed" to your name anytime soon, for making that "HD" remark!

We had nothing, NOTHING!!! back in the days! If you wanted to see a trailer in high definition you had to take a trip to one of those parks for mobile homes!!!

It's pretty crazy how far electronics have come in 10 years.

Hah! I remember driving 40 km´s the night the Episode 1 trailer came out! Because a friend had cable internet, the speediest there was in 1998 :D

And it was tiny!!!

How many people paid to see Meet Joe Black to watch the TPM trailer? :lol

I didn't see Meet Joe Black, but I remember going to see some movie just to see the Batman trailer in '88/'89.

My friends and I paid for Meet Joe Black, watched the trailer, stayed through the movie (I passed out about halfway through) then after Meet Joe Black ended we stayed through til the next show started, watched the trailer again, waited for the applause to die down, and then stood up and walked out.

Everyone laughed and applauded because they figured we paid our 13 bucks or whatever to watch a 2 minute trailer. We were frauds.

I have to admit... I paid... I think Meet Joe Black did very well those first few days but NO ONE could say what the movie was about...

Re: Star Wars: The Force Awakens

I find it hard to believe they would go to all the trouble of getting the original cast back, and not put a single one of them in the trailer.
