I do also think that this rumor is along the lines of what Anthony Daniels mentioned about Force Awakens topping Empire Strikes Back... well, as far as shocking endings, I guess I can understand what he means.

People kindly go to all the effort of tagging those links as mega spoilers in case anyone doesn't want to see it, and everyone who follows through comes back and discusses the thing...

That would be a wonderful teaser! Gives you just enough to get you really excited without giving us anything about the plot. Just seeing the returning actors in costume would make my heart flutter

Yeah I kinda felt that way when I read it, if it's true I hope it doesn't feel that way when it plays on the screen or maybe that line won't be part of the trailer.

It sounds like an awesome teaser. It does borrow heavily on the equity of the past though - our relationships with existing characters and ships - rather than give us something about the new story. Perhaps we'll at least see new villains and troops? Regardless, I'll be awfully happy watching it...

Oh man... You KNOW there are people who will buy that as real. I hate fan trailers... That Han bit creeped me out.

I remember someone made a trailer for Ep 01 that had scenes from Braveheart but with lightsabers comped in instead of swords, and people bought it.

Just read the comments... people ARE pretty sure it's fake. Really? Pretty sure?

And only a few comments in and a lens flare joke. Gawds... fans can be angering.

Yeah that's not a good teaser at all. Anything fake like that I immediately close. Not worth watching.

If I wanted to be spoiler free I wouldn't open this thread simple as that. It is a discussion about EPVII after all.
