Hi guys,

I'm in Chile and we have the Star Wars The Exhibition Chile going on right now.

I checked it out the other day and took a bunch of pictures.

If you guys would like to check them out I will gladly upload them, just please tell me how and I'll make it happen.

Mods, please feel free to move this if I'm writing in the wrong place.

Regards,

DIF

Thanks for the link, I checked it but there's a restriction regarding size....
I have about 360 MB worth of pics, each one being around 1,5MB.
What should I do?
Any other suggestions?

By the way, Boushh was not there unfortunately.

Photobucket, free account has a 2GB limit. Set the upload to 2mb file size and it will keep the resolution.

Amazing pics. I have to admit that there are some of the best exhibit pics i've seen to date. Thanks a lot for sharing:thumbsup

Thanks for putting all the effort into getting these online - superb pics!

Wow, that stormtrooper is shocking (bad, that is).. Looks like a 'Rubies' set.

This is what a stormtrooper should look like..

...Also how Boba Fett's gun was made of rubber and was not the Webley.

Those are some really great photos. Thanks.

The only authentic Webley was used during Empire. Casts of the base Webley were made for 'Jedi. Then a pyro blaster was recast to make a stunt variety, and that's what you see there -- a cast of a [modified] cast. This is the blaster that has traditionally been exhibited with the Art of Star Wars tour and Celebration IV.

The Hero blaster for Jedi is the version previously seen in the Magic of Myth and Where Science Meets Imagination exhibits. It was also the reference point for the Master Replica's blaster.

From the photos you look significantly closer to the exhibit than the other viewers. Were the displays behind glass?

Thanks for sharing!

Yes, they were behind glass. This made it a bit tricky to take pics since the lights from other displays would reflect, not to mention people reflecting on the display glasses as well !

I had a great time taking them though and thought the exhibition was put together very nicely.
