Star Wars: Skeleton Crew

I’d like to think he was telling the truth. It seemed like a vulnerable moment and agree there was no reason to lie to them.

He may have only spent a matter of weeks with this Jedi. She likely sensed his force potential, showed him how to focus and he was able levitate some stuff and that was about it before she was killed. Chances are there wouldn’t be time enough for lightsaber training.

As he got older id guess he continued to practice using the force as he was able to deflect and push during the struggle in the supervisors office, but he’s definitely not skilled enough to go all out. His force sensitivity merely enhances the skills he has.

I’ll also add that lightsabers wouldn’t be just sitting around pawn shop, so he likely never would have had the chance to even pick one up, so the quote does check out and his swordsmanship alone just made it easy enough to fake it.

I know there have been many parallels made to Treasure Island/Planet, but I had never seen the latter. Obviously Silvo = Silver, TP = At Attin ect, but two things I noticed while finally watching Treasure Planet today.

Most people know that the name SM-33 Is being compared to another famous Disney crew member of Captain Hook, Smee, but beyond naming conventions, he’s without a doubt inspired by BEN.

This one may be a stretch, but being as I can’t recall this alien species ever being a part of the SW universe prior to SC, it’s a bit similar to be random,
I’d think.

Treasure Planet is such a good film! Need more "props" from that!
