STAR WARS Rebels new animated series!

I wonder if Maul will die for the 16th time. That would be awesome. Then they can bring him back next season, and then keep killing him and bringing him back every season from now until the end of time.
There's a Kenny/Micheal Myers/Jason Voorhees/Freddy Krueger joke in there somewhere...

Just watched Chopper Base. Not a bad episode. The voice acting sounded pretty stiff through much of it though. Interesting to see how antsy & frustrated Ezra is getting. I think that's going to play into Maul's hands. Also, why did Kanan & Ezra overshoot the mark when they tossed Sabine? They should have a little more control than that.

What I did like was that they allowed Kanan & Hera's relationship to be more obvious. It's still a kid's show, so they might not show a kiss - but that's about as close as we're gonna get to an "I love you."

Come to think of it, though - kisses don't seem to be given out casually in the SW galaxy. Luke got 1 from Leia ( to prove a point to...), Han got like 4 over 3 movies. Padme & Anakin had maybe 3 or 4 in their "epic love story?" Perhaps it's more of an intimate expression there. Or the producers don't want the little boys to say "eeeewww..."

I can't spoiler tag right now, SO BEWARE

what that Ashoka walking into a dark tunnel/door at the end or was that the flying cat thing? I'm so lost if she survived or not?!?!

I believe that Ahsoka's survival is in question. I do not believe there was proof one way or the other at this point.

yes I didn't understand it?! I swear I thought I saw her walk into a tunnel... I was so excited I missed the simplest things...

I question kanan now too... what happened to him in this episode, is this permanent???

i'll save spoilers till the west coast sees it...

But it adds SO MUCH MORE GD WEIGHT to it with James Freakin Earl Jones. honestly, the emotion involved whenever he speaks a line.

I'd love to see video of those recording sessions..

According to Collider Rebels wrap-up, Asoka survived and was going deeper into the temple as Vader was leaving. I guess the duel was a draw?

I was a bit disappointed on the finale. Almost everyone lived except the 2 disposable inquisitors. My feeling was "it's about time". But beside that.. I loved it. I just don't like how many loose ends there are.. But that's what brings us back. I tend to believe a far out there theory that Ezra is Snoke.

Ventress was the voice of the holocron?

Great episode. Here's hoping that season 3 ups the ante
