For instance in Holland, the government pays prostitutes to provide for people with severe physical limitations who have discovered that they stand zero chance of scoring in the sexual marketplace. The state helps them in this way because their sexual isolation is a proven fact. It's not unreasonable to suspect that people of restricted growth may face similar problems.
