Star Wars Comics #1

Was cleaning out my firebox today and thought i would share my Star wars 30/35 cent editions comics. I use to be a big comic collector until they got crazy. I think i stopped after sandman. as a passionate SW collector anyway, i collected all the comics and reprints. I have several #1 , but only 1 of the 35 cent editions. I remember paying 50.00 for it back many, many years ago at a comic shop. It's in great condition. The get the regular #1 signed by whoever I see at conventions.
Of all my SW toys , prototypes, posters etc , I have always enjoyed this comic. Just a great series.

Nice. I have the entire series that Dark Horse Comics ran back in the 90s by Goodwin and Williamson. FANTASTIC series. It took place between ANH and ESB (so there's still weirdness like Luke pining for Leia...ick). The artwork is just fantastic.

I've also got the first Tales of the Jedi comics (including their first appearance in "Dark Horse Comics" -- the title, rather than just the brand). No idea what they're worth, but I keep 'em in pretty good shape anyway.

Cool. I have almost the whole series. Only missing about 7 issues. My copies of the first 6 issues are reprints, though.

I still remember buying these off the drugstore rack. Have a majority of the original launch, but not complete and in kid-worn condition.

Hmmm....I see another version of Vader to be made (he looks like a Wasp :confused)!

We'll call it the Marvel Vader.
