Star Wars Andor (Disney+ TV series)

Anyone else find it jarring that the kid was pulled in with Saw, then suddenly he's in Yavin a year later, asking Cassian to help with a Luthen job? Just felt like that was going somewhere and then backtracked. What was the point of the stuff with Saw and him?
 
I work on local award shows as an AV tech, after watching Andor, Rogue One & Star Wars (77), I had a thought

The way award ceremonies go is they say & for our final Award here is Leia Organa of Alderaan to present ‘The Upcoming Hero Award’
This is what we see, before that there were awards for Chewie, Wedge, the heroes of Scariff, etc

That’s how my mind sees it now

Just because we didn’t see Chewie getting a medal doesn’t mean he didn’t get an award
