Star Wars/Aliens colony floor pallet

I've seen several mail/lorry pallets that are close, but has the famous "Sci-Fi" floor pallet seen in the films, as well as Star Wars ever been properly identified?

These are simply old British shipping palettes, commonly used by British productions as Sci-Fi floors.

We have a number of the original units that were used in Star Wars. They're actually orange, painted black and/or silver.
