Star Trek Into Darkness (Pre-release)

I liked Star Trek when no one cared who the villain was so all I can say is big deal.

For me it's like in the Bond franchise they rebooted it but you don't see them bringing back Auric Goldfinger, or Jaws, or Dr. No.

We're one film in and apparently the ST universe is so small we're already on Khan. :facepalm

It's the comic book movie mentality where they try to build interest with the big villain reveal. It doesn't fit Trek IMO but that's Hollywood for you.

Since Trek only has three well known villains, Khan, the Klingon's, and the Borg, it kinda limits their options. :lol
 
Honestly, I don't care who he really is...as long as this villain is actually a well written one. Please no silly waiting around forty year villains with tribal tat's.
 
Karl Urban already revealed Cumberbatch's villain to be Gary Mitchell. Somebody named Karl would not lie. :sleep
