I drew up this file. Needs a few tweeks but you can see where it's going. I'll draw it hollow so I can install electronics. The holes for the l.e.d.s will be all the way through to the inside cavity. The buttons are omitted as they will be added in the real world.

Sizewise it's bigger than a P1. If you mean it's role in the movie then yes it was brief. :unsure
