I can't imagine why this wouldn't warrant voice overs for a US market as in "Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon".

At the very least they have a built in fan base.

You can count on it being on DVD, maybe not a legitimate R1 release but definitely domestic Asian DVDs as well as R1/R0 bootleg versions.

Give it a few months. The movie just came out in December 2010. Once the film comes out on DVD, I imagine that sources may be available for subtitled copies.
