How's this project going?

Having to care for the mother of my kids who had both knees replaced and being responsible for 2 households, my kids needs and paying bills, I had to put this project aside. I plan on getting back to it soon. It hasn't been forgotten and it will be finished.....thanks for the interest.
One other thing holding this up is getting a personal look at a hero rifle so I can get exact measurements of the top screen and buttons and their placement. We have also talked about making a hero version that lights and the power compartment opens to reveal the "worm power source". This of course is perhaps in the future...nothing definite.

Just a quick long overdue update:
I've finished most of what I have to do except for a couple details but now at a stand-still. I need to find someone who has a hero version of this Xindi Rifle that I can get a look at and get some accurate measurements of the top triangle display and buttons plus their exact placements. I've had a few feelers out to a few friends but no response back yet. If anyone knows someone who has one please PM me.

Maybe soon........once my arm heals from an auto accident and can fully use it again and I'm finished with some additional unrelated medical problems Ive had to deal with plus some financial setbacks. Good news is thanks to a kind collector whom I finally found had a hero rifle, I have since at least acquired all the accurate measurements I've needed for the top display triangle and buttons. If he wants me to credit him later I will....with his permission.
