ST Enterprise Control Part (Need Info)

Hey everyone, I spent most of today on google, and I have been looking for a part thats on some panels. I found out that the part is cable tie mounting base. But I can't find the same one. So I wanted to see if anyone knows. I have attached a photo of the screen used version.
