Lets hope he delivers either your money or landspeeder.

Putting your money down on an unforeseen kit is not a good idea.
I'll bet he ran away with the money, so he could spend it on booze and hookers.

Nope. I sent him a rather blunt email a few days ago. Nothing.

It's been 11 days since he sent me a short message promising "a longer email, maybe later this evening (time permitting), if not then tomorrow, explaning a bit more."

I sent him a short response the same day. Haven't written to or heard from him since then.

Wasili hasn't answered any of my emails since about February, so I have had to watch this thread for updates. I still have my fingres crossed hoping that this all gets worked out.

If only these flake projects could be cleared up in a month. If they could, I guess they wouldn't be flake projects. :rolleyes

Most of us bought into Wasili's project in late 2006. Here's what Wasili posted on November 20, 2006 in his original JY thread:

Wasili, when you accepted our payments, you took us on as business clients. No doubt you have more important clients directly related to your business, to whom you naturally want to give priority. I don't think anyone on this board would argue that you should put us before your bread and butter. But we've been waiting on you for more than six months. If you are not able to deliver your product as promised, then at the very least you owe us clear and regular communication about what is going on. Instead, in your woefully infrequent posts, you've given us nothing but additional empty promises of updates, completion, and refunds.

We've been over this ground before. You recognize that you've handled this project awfully, and I believe that you feel sincerely ashamed, but it's become clear that you are unwilling to do anything about it.

I think you are talented and probably a genuinely nice guy. But your willingness to take money from people on this board and then ignore them for months is insulting.
