I got the triangular parts glued and screwed. There not going anywhere. Just need a little filler on the end of the screw and youll never know its there.

Tomorrow mold the cone and a few other parts.

While im making molds and waiting for more silicone, heres a little cone with the studio scale cone. Might end up kitting this smaller scale betty.

Got some stuff done on the SS Betty. molded the cone and the upper piece. and also got some parts laser cut for the lower Hydraulic actuator. will assemble those parts this week and also cast a cone and the other part in Epoxy glass.

and messed around with the little Betty. heres a bunch of pics.

Casting mold is coming out great, Al-san!! The pink thing is looks like those dentists use to make a false teeth. Alginate? It must be expensive for that quantity.
Whenever I see you work, I envy the person who can hire you to make this.
