Kids care about stuff like that if they end up with something extra cool, even if they didn't know or appreciate it as an option beforehand. I spent many days as a child frustrated by how the spider-man masks that were available to me weren't really like Spidey's mask in the comics and I couldn't do anything about it; if someone got me a mask with high-quality eyes I would have been over the moon.
Anyway, the smaller size would most likely fit on a child's mask, if I were in your position I would get them and at least try it out. If they really don't work out on the mask you can just sell the frames to someone else. Kids are smaller than adults, but way moreso in limbs than in noggins, if that makes sense.

Thanks. You have a point. He's only 4 but would appreciate it? I'm going to hold off though until I get my face shell combo and start my Spider-Man costume before I do his.

I'm confused as to what you are wanting? There is no waitlist for anything in this thread. I usually ship within a week of receiving payment. Only the new asm2 combo has a waitlist.

Hey man, right now I'm so busy with my asm2 orders that I don't have the time to take on custom work. How soon do you need them? Things will slow down a bit by the end of summer so I may be able to help you out then.

Not really sure where to ask this but how would I go about shaping the frames without a heat gun. I've already tried boiling them and heating them with a hair dryer but neither got hot enough to really change their shape

I always use a heat gun and it works fine. I've also done it with placing them in boiling water with no issues so I'm not sure how else.
