Space 1999 Water Analyser & Hand Scanner

Back during the first lockdown I put together a bunch of Space 1999 props which I haven't got around to posting here, here's a couple of them!

The water analyser from Season 1 (A Matter of Life and Death) is a complete scratchbuild, with a working light on the front and extending arial.

This hand scanner is in a number of S2 episodes, made from an old camera flasgun, drill handle and a few bits and bobs.

Those Black & Deckers were very popular in seventies sci-fi

Very nice work! I remember seeing a lot of the originals when they were displayed in Blackpool in the eighties and you've got them just right.

Wonderful. Part of why I-- well 'despair' isn't the right word... but hope often fades in trying to get certain parts, esp. if something was predominantly a UK-ish sourced bit. Had a head-shaker funny but not chat with Mat Irvine on this subject on props/models a while back. We need to form an international collective ;-) Having started a re-watch of S1, well... ;-)
