So who is going to make that paper prop?
Was that an actual cover?

I couldn't find an online cover gallery for UK Playboy. But it's not a US cover for 1966-1969.

So basically here is our color picker for 2001 spacesuits. :lol

In his book, SPACESHIP HANDBOOK, Jack Hagerty pointed out that the Moon suits had the same colors as the Gemini spacesuits, silver with white helmets. While the Discovery spacesuits had the same color arrangement as in the movie "Destination Moon".
Years ago I read a color code for the Discovery spacesuits. I think it is something they made up, but it sounded good.
Red: Mission Commander
Yellow: First Officer
Blue: Science Team Head
Green: Emergency space suit.
Silver: Science Team (perhaps with different colored helmets for identification).

David.
The first manned mission of the Gemini program, the suits were silver.Actually the Gemini suits were white with white helmets. The Mercury suits were silver with white helmets.

For example the Russian and American space suits used on the Leonov, looked much like Space Shuttle suits used at the time.
