Okay, here is something my buddy appointed me to do...
Think he is crazy about putting some more details to upgrade the forearm armor... So I'll have to rebuild the 3D model as I didn't cater for these in my previous model
The forearm plate will be magnet mounting to the base

Ok , guys .. time for update work on the 1st batch printed parts ... i really enjoy working on all parts ... its shows more details and how beauty those parts are after smooth and clean ... wanna give praise to my buddy again for the perfect 3D work on all parts .

Start my day on this beauty ..... i wanna show u the size of this MARK 43 chest next to my previous MARK III armor chest . Always aiming for the correct movie accurate size and scale . :cool

Progress update:
I just got the 3rd batch prints from Shapeways
Just can't wait to show you some photo now
Armpit inner guard pieces.
Waist armor
and here is how we decide the waist to cater for wider range in sizing up and down.
the default
and the larger that you can play withing some certain range, I have some overlapping flaps to close up the matching area so it don't have leakage when wearing them.
The forearm set with elbow sleeve, we are happy with the inner detailing after prints, is crisp and clean enough
I will pack them up and ship to my buddy tomorrow, so he should be getting them very soon and start the mastering works too
what do you guys think?

Holy crap dude thats awesome, I think this will be tue the most accurate suit ever when finished.

So here is the major design changed to remodel the forearms armor, we embed pivot disc to match under biceps to make easier alignment join to both.
and by split the forearm into two that to make the fist/wrist goes in easily although there are price to pay for extra prints but we think this is going to make most people happy with it.:cheers:thumbsup
