Basically I think bro masked rider has no problem with handling the printed piece at his end once it's done :D

I only have to half finished up to thigh armor but I try to minimize the error to get rid of bad assembly as I can and print cost of course :)

Its probably on March or April , as i will take break for 2 weeks on holiday starting on next week and will be back to work on the first week of March . And will sure give all update after we back !!!!

Well, I really want to get a suit when you get them setup but I will settle with a Helmet first :D
 
masked rider - I just registered here because a friend and I are preparing to start building the Ironman suit as well. Your work is truly fantastic and has inspired me more than ever.

Are you still selling the masks? If so, where?

Okay, it's been sometimes for this, and finally I'm back from holidays :)

I have finished the foot armor and put up some details extending from side design, just hope I wasn't give too much trouble to my buddy for the prep works :p

and next to finish up the calf armor before my other regular work crush into the modeling plan. but we nearly get this baby done :D

Think is about time to make it to 3D printable model pieces by pieces, luckily the armor is symmetrical so I only have to do one side for arm and leg :D

Looking great! Best model ever. Can't wait to see how you and MR split this out for printing and final build.
 
Do is the Mark 43 going to become a reality? If so is there an eta on the start date? Looks great so far!

Feeling sorry to my buddy, as recently I was a bit busy for my work and spending most of the time to clear the workload... :behave and quickly continue more on this project :D:cheers

So we plan to add in some inner sleeves to elbow and pelvis inner, probably Leslee is going to cast them in soft rubber to get it's flexibility and covering the some joints area :)
And here is what I've done for the model.

Don't be buddy , look at all the details u add in , its really worth the wait ..... im sure this will be the best armor among all my build . ;)
 
Another suit that im working on ... this is still a rough work from my seamstress to put the suit together , still need to confirm the suit pattern and my buddy will be working on some parts in 3D , so we can cast the parts and upgrade to complete suit . Thought i just share this here ... still lots of work . Im planning to complete this Cap. Stealth suit with my Muscle mannequin display for coming event on May , Avengers 2 movie release , suit will be display with my Iron man MARK VI statue . But i will not rush to finish this suit for the event , so i placed order for NEW CAP. Age of Ultron complete suit to display with my mannequin from PannausProps . He did awesome work on this suit . U guys can check on his work on FB page .

Heres my CAP. stealth suit , just a rough start .
