Just finished this MARK IV full statue for a member .

Im now working on converting this statue of MARK IV and MARK VI into wearable armor parts . Its 100% wearable as its sculpted on a standard size of Mannequin full body .

Absolutely amazing work Masked Rider. I will be starting my first build at the end of the month (Iron Patriot from foam) and would love to understand the process your team goes through to do these pieces. I understand that you first sculpt from clay (on top of a foam standing template), then you recast from master pieces. This must take along time! But the results are incredible. I'm tempted to learn how to sculpt because of this amazing work.

Sad to see there hasn't been an update in a while, just read the whole thread. Some amazing work right here and I see you're starting to use the new 3d printer technology? That'll speed the whole process up!

I would like to share this, some of our team work on the ironman helmet , we do lots of version on the paint to look more accurate.......

the helmet is open from the small back piece , and its just click on with magnet.
hi sir.can i know what did you use for the back mechnism of the helmet?if you dont mind can you post a video how the back mechanism work
