So who else is rooting for Bret Michaels in Celebrity Apprentice? - Spoilers

Now that Survivor Heroes vs Villains has come to a totally unsatisfying end, I'm turning my attention to the latest season Celebrity Apprentice. I like Bret Michaels (big Poison fan!) but when I first saw him in the line-up in the first episode, I thought to myself, this guy wouldn't last 2 episodes. Boy, was I wrong. Sure he's incoherent at times, but that guy's creative juices are always flowing. Week after week he's shown himself to be very good (not to mention he also makes me laugh :lol) and I was happy to find out he's in the final two. Holly Robinson Peete is a tough competitor (and can be quite bitchy at times) so Bret's got his hands full. It'd be nice after that whole Sandra fiasco if Bret could win the whole thing, especially after what he's been through recently.

Like Survivor, this has been the best season for Celebrity Apprentice. (To bad it is the last one with celeb's).

I too am hoping Bret brings home the win. He has been one of the smartest on what ever team he has been on. he is one creative dude.
He may be all over the place but he was no where near as bad as Cindy. Wow, she is a nut case.

It sucks that thier finale is on the same damn time as LOST's. Thank the
maker for my DVR.

So true! If they want a Michaels in it, use his more popular brother Shawn Michaels.. Now that he has retired from WWE surely he has the time and he's a lot more entertaining.. Would be great when Trump says " You're Fired!" Shawn would turn around and say " I've got to words for ya ... SUCK IT!"

Dont really watch the show, but from all the others hes been on he seems like a really nice guy.

In one season he admits to getting really expensive hair extensions. Those shows are just a waste of prop building time. My closest friend would actually waste dvr space for that stuff

It would appear Bret's appearance in this Sunday's Celebrity Apprentice live finale may be in jeopardy... the poor fellow's back in the hospital, this time after a "warning stroke".

I like him, eyeliner, bandanna and all. He's creative, smart, sensitive and while he may struggle to communicate at times, if given half a chance he can make his point.

What he's been going through medically really hits home. My husband has had his appendix removed AND had the same type of brain hemorrhage last September! It was really strange to see someone famous get the same thing when I had never heard about it before.

But Bret having diabetes on top of it and now this hole in his heart and a mini-stroke, he needs to just take some time off and recoup!! Being famous and winning is not worth your life and/or health. If they do anything with him on this live show, it should be by satellite.

Poor guy...


As for Cyndy, (and probably Brett too!) that is what you get with really, really artistic people. I'm convinced that her ADD is on the opposite spectrum of autism - where you exceed in some areas, but you come up short in others. It makes 'normal' people really judge you for being strange and not give you the credit you deserve.

Yeah, have to agree! I hope he's feeling better though. As much as i dislike him and his kronies, I hate to see people go through this.

Bret's planning on going on tour too within the month, I think he should hold off on that and recoupe. It's been a tough month forthe guy and I don't think he should push it.

I for one am hoping he wins the show. Holly just comes off as snotty to me. I think it should have been Bret and Sharon in the finale.

He is a nice guy, but his former Glam Rock personna will always draw criticism to him today. He seems like a nice family loving guy though. I wish him the best as far as a recovery.

Also, I believe you have your fact above mixed up... unless that was sarcasm??
They're not related AT ALL. Shawn Michaels' real name is Michael Shawn Hickenbottom,and Bret Michaels real name is Bret Michael Sychak.

It actually looked like it was going to go to Holly for a while! In fact I was guessing right up until Trump said "Bret you're hired!" Even took me by surprise! :wacko


Never would have believed it after seeing Bret through the first three or four tasks- and Blagojevich could have thrown him under the bus (but didn't) ultimately saving him.
