That photo cracks me up... you've got Poe looking down barrel with proper trigger discipline... then you've got Finn looking somewhere other than where he's aiming with his finger ready to shoot anything. Not to mention that lightsaber looks dangerously close to everyone....
 
A really good photo that shows the front of the bag. Pretty much it, we’ve also seen the back side in the trailers.

And yeah, it is different from the TFA pilot where the hose went into a leg pocket. The outfit itself is also pretty different, for whatever reason. The color of the suit is more orange this time, and brighter, and the hose is a different kind of hose. There's also the holster that hangs lower and has a leg strap.

I wonder if the part in question isn't from a vacuum seal bag, one of those bags that you store clothes and bedding in and then use a vacuum to suck the air out to make it flatter. I have some at home that I think that where the vacuum goes on looks like this piece. I can't find any picture online to confirm or deny this so I'm going to have to check when I get home tonight.

That is the type that was used for The Force Awakens, for The Last Jedi they replaced it with a more standard looking kind of hose, it looks like a type that is commonly available but the problem is that the ribbing is perfectly circular while all the kinds I have found online are similar but the ribbing is more angular.

If you google search TIE pilot hose a bunch of discussion and options come up. Maybe see if any of those fit your need.

Following this line, I’ve found Mask Breathing Tubes that are close in shape so that is encouraging, the closest ones I have found are ones by 3M and also one I found on a Gas Mask fetish site
