im defiantly bringing my SidKit BR Blaster serial number 11 that I got from member A Savage. Dont know what else to bring. R2 is sitting this one out, trying to travel light. Maybe USCM Hudson armor.

Laamberry and I are going to hit ElecTRONica@Disney while we are in the area. Can't wait! I wanna hit that retro arcade and drop a few bucks into "Crazy Climber", if they've got it :lol

Well this is starting to sound like the So Cal UN-Prop Party!!!!

Many of your folks initial props is why my kid and sister -in- laws kids wanted to attend! Now those reasons are not attending..........:unsure

It is becoming a very "Unpropful Party.......!":cry

Better bring your bullet proof vests! I'll never go back to Knotts again. I've never felt so uncomfortable before, it's infested with MS13 gang members. If you go, get the hell outta there before dark!

ElecTRONica was cool! We were there on opening night and got some good pics of the dancers outfits. There was enough Alpinestars racing gear around to shake a Stig at.

I don't remember seeing Crazy Climber in Flynn's (but it could be there). I did set a record on Yie Arr Kung Fu though. And they updated the old TRON game from the 80s. Instead of tanks, some levels have recognizers now. The grid bugs got a lot tougher too.

I don't think you'll have to worry about enough props. We have twice the amount of people coming this year than last and not everyone brought things last year. If you are hoping to see interactive props (ie: R2, Vader, etc..) you may want to think again.

The only reason my kids and wife would come is to see R2 or just check out what I do in my "free time".

Keep in mind it is a pain in the butt to load the R2 unit and unload it. Plus, there are other things they have to worry about as well

Is there a way to talk Mike into coming? Tell Him if he comes with the R2 unit or wall-e, I will pay for his valet parking so he can unload closer to DB

My 5-year old is gaga over Wall-E! His first in theater movie! He is also just been introduced to the Star Wars Universe and now has R2-D2 and C3P0 figures! He takes them everywhere with him. I unfortunately worked up the excitement for Sunday to him and his cousins so would telling Mr. Mike that he is indirectly letting down a 11, 9, 5, and 3 year olds that are goo-goo gaga over SW and Wall-E?

No pressure or anything....not trying to make him feel bad.......you know small children just discovering the world of what daddy's do out in the garage to the wee hours of the morning....you know...closest they will ever get to an R2 unit and a Wall-E and GhostBusting and..........the Force........!

Yeah, most operational R2 units I know of are a MAJOR pain in the ass to travel with, most end up buying a car/trailer just to transport it. So I don't blame them, I hate lugging around my rocketpack and proton pack, they just take up a lot of space.

I know one person who has a small moving van for his R2. It's got a stylized R2 logo on the sides and shelves with spare parts. His entire family troops though, since his wife has a Boushhh costume and their kids are jawas, so that makes it very convenient. It's an impressive rig and I'd hate to think what it cost to put together.

I'm gonna bring 2 active project props from the EARLY days of the RPF, circa '99-'01 just to show that we were doing pretty good with the info we had and how cool the community was with majority of the board coming together on projects, course I think there was under 50 members at the time, :lol
