I still want this gun! Even though it won't have a wooden grip, I'll just try and make my own. The price did seem to good to be true from what it was all coming with (e.g. nice display, glowing tracer bullets, extra set of bullets, all METAL gun).

I still want it as well, but honestly, the wood grip (and metal body of course) was a major selling point for me since I have the original already.
Sure.... it may have been "too good to be true", but let's not forget that MR offered things like the Han Solo ESB, all metal with wood grips, for only a slightly higher cost. We also don't yet know what kind of metal the Samaritan will be done in. Might be that really cheap, porous stuff that Denix uses or something similar. Running a few hundred wood grips though a CNC in China should not really cost that much, i.m.o.

Got the email too. It does say, "Sideshow Exclusive". Maybe its for people who ordered the exclusive edition? Anyways, Its about time, my holster was getting lonely.:cheers

Same here. Exclusive sideshow edition, flexpay, no email. I jumped on it as soon as we found out about it here.
But maybe it's due to the split shipment. If there were a thousand of them sold and they only got 500 in the delivery, it only makes sense that they notify the first 500 people that paid first and then when the second shipment arrives, the notify the second group. At least I hope that's what all this means.

There are two versions, regular and exclusive.
Exclusive: Item Number: 89311 Edition Size: 850 SOLD OUT
Regular: Item Number: 8931 Edition Size: 1250 SOLD OUT
The exclusive version has the tracking bullets that light up as well as the regular bullets, the regular version only has the regular bullets.
