Show your Dr. Who props!

I'm certain this gun thing and the new sonic that goes with it aren't actually from the show at all, but are part of some interactive game that you can play with these. If I recall correctly, the gun attaches to an iPhone for said game play.

I don't believe I posted this here but I finally got a decent stand in for my 2nd Doctor's Penlight Sonic Screwdriver:

Yeah pretty sure the gun & Trans Temporal sonic aren't part of the actual show. Just more toys to spend money on. The Trans temporal goes with that "Customize your sonic" set.

I don't see anywhere on the gun to plug in a phone though.

The Trans-Temporal Sonic Screwdriver was released a few months ago and here is one of my own...

Despite what it says on the packaging, the Trans-Temporal Sonic Screwdriver is NOT fully compatible with the build-your-own-sonic-screwdriver set! At least some of the batch were not properly product tested before they left the factory and therefore not all parts are fully compatible; some parts do not properly fit other parts and thus are loose and wobbly.

However, as a Sonic Screwdriver in its own right, the Trans-Temporal Sonic Screwdriver is very nice.
 
Alright, finished! Now to get some silicone on it. YAY!
I know there is also some detail in the tubes, they almost look like calculator bubbles. I' going to sculpt something similar to that in the interm, and just swap them out once there is a clear shot of exactly what's going on in there.

Yeah, I ended up just trimming the insides of all the customizable ones so they would line up better & glued them in place (all top & bottom pieces respective to their correct sonic). The Trans Temporal one is cool but I don't care for the "wood" sound.

As soon as I've got that thing molded, I'll be setting out on making the body. Let's see if I can get this thing onto my body in time for the episode to premiere!
