I'm working on two at the moment.
One based on a zentai as a warm up, and one with a subtly-muscle-shaded dye-sub print.
But it's on the backburner and will take a while to get finished/for me to afford and learn to use a new sewing machine or afford and develop a good working relationship with a seamstress.
^Dude, i just saw a pattern on eBay sell for a suit that looked EXACTLY like that symbiote suit.... who did you buy it from? because whoever sold me my classic spider man pattern had that same suit for bid....

I got it from forum member jamesdruffin. I think he got it printed at fabric on demand, but I'm not sure where he got the file originally. The overall shape matches a DamnGoodPaul pattern. He has his own print he's working on. In all honesty, James'll probably finish his before I do. :lol
Okay, well it definitely looks cool man, can't wait to see it finished, thats for sure :thumbsup

I'm jealous! I am planning on using a black morphsuit and just adding the spider, the eyes, and the squares on the hands. Is that a good idea?

That's how I'm doing my first practice one, so I hope it's a good idea! The spider that comes on the zentai version is terrible, so I removed it and the eyes and I'm working on adding the proper white bits and fancy eyes.

I don't, but I should start one if/when I can get the ball rolling and have updates or progress to share. At the moment I only have shots of the initial state of the zentai (with misshapen eyes that I couldn't see out of and a giant lazy ant on the front) and shots of the little bits and pieces I've taken off or plan to add.

Hey Luna! We gotta fix these suits up soon!! Well anyways I changed up the coloring of the pattern a little cause I wanted more of that Mcfarlane style bluish black, you know? So thanks to Carl we got it all taken care of and I purchased some lenses from goosebot awesome stuff. I'm gonna start my WIP thread soon hopefully as far as lenses go, let me know your guys opinions on which is better i put my control next to them to kinda compare the size

I know, I know, I've been draggin my feet because I've not got a good way to sew it up, and I've been saving my discretionary funds until they won't insult a talented seamstress in exchange for their time and skill.Damn, man, those blue undertones are gorgeous! Mine's got more of an earthy organic gray accent running through it that I love, but yours looks straight out of the pages of the comics. What a great interpretation of the same design! As for the eyes, I'm liking the added curves of the goosebot lenses, but I dig the McFarlane-like size of the control.

Sweet thanks man, can't wait to see how your suits come out dude. And for the eyes I'm still really debating well see when the time comes probably mid December or even a little earlier, but keep me updated on your progress its great to see comic style suits and not movies.
