I was wondering if anybody could tell me if the lenses are on correctly , I'm so anal about things like that.

Agreed, they look great. You put them on at a little more steep of an angle than I did or would have chosen to, but the end result is lovely in a different way. Well done!

Now that I finally have my first suit that fits I figured I better join the party :)

Sorry for the iphone pic, I promise better ones are on the way.

Oh, HELL yea! Awesome symbiote, TJack, good to finally see you suited up!

And great rooftop shots, SpideyMcFly!

It's looking like I won't be able to afford a Spidey suit to the level of coolness like I would want. Anyone have any other ideas for a cool non cheap looking costume for under $150 or so? I'm tall and skinny with brown hair.

Check out spidersparrow, Iracel, and Tom Walker's spidey builds to see what sort of awesome things can be done on a budget. Cheers.

Yeah they're very cool, but I feel like I don't have enough artistic ability to do the puff paint and honeycomb and stuff like that.

Welp, there you are.
Money/Time/Talent. If you're lacking in one, you'll need a lot more of the others. Dunno what to tell you, other than the fact that "artistic ability" in these projects is really more a matter of dedicated hard work and attention to detail than it is about innate talent.

Lunaman, I LOVE your Ultimate Suit, it looks fantastic!

It's been the extra little nudge I need to try to get into Spidey Cosplay!

Now I need to find out how to make my own, there are so many things I don't understand.

Any tips for an aspiring Spidey Cosplayer would be appreciated from anyone!

Cheers,

Mr Parker
