Everyone left on the list isn't getting what they paid for anyway. I jump on since I was promised something exclusive and limited from a master mold. Likely only those who got their "rushed" items a long time ago are from this mold. The rest of us are just getting more screwed by the day. Another month or so will pass, and he will put out another false shipping time and then stay silent after failing to deliver again. I believe you are right since he accepted markpoon's return but still has failed to refund after six months. He then whines that he is being "threatened" by someone he essentially stole from. How dense do you got to be.
Yes this whole thing is shady. And was totally not worth it. I wish this site had some blacklisted sellers list like GBfans.

Which I should have checked beforehand. But I didn’t think this site would let people like that stay on here.

I wish I just had my money back. The whole thing was just a terrible experience. And this site doesn’t seem to have tools to deal with it.
 
Just curious what the ETA is on the remaining orders - I see the 12/9 date was removed and 2 orders have been delivered in the last month.

The cold is having quite the affect on curing and drying times, but we’re good. Just the outer lenses, clear lenses, and rings to be assembled tomorrow, the snap on the headstraps, get a final class photo, and into boxes they go.

VERY happy to have this completed.

Then a few days later he states that he still has to wrap them up….

And tomorrow is a week later. I’m going to guess they still need to be wrapped up.
 
I’ve been battling pneumonia since Tuesday and just can’t seem to beat it. I’m on the tail end, but wow am I a mess. All I have to do is attach the outer lenses, and the clear lense and they’re done…but making it down my stairs is a Herculean task. Haven’t eaten a full meal since last Monday… so I’m subsisting on water and vitamins, but oh my god is it frustrating
 
You need to be communicating these things BEFORE a promise is missed.
Just to point out, 5 days ago, which was last Wednesday, he was posting on Facebook that he was in his studio making molds for a new project. See attached. This image is from his feed today, so it clearly states that post was from five days ago.

If he was so down and out “since Tuesday”, how was he able to get into his studio, and if he was in there, why wasn’t he wrapping up the previous run instead of setting up a future one?

Pneumonia was fun…I lost 25 pounds. I’m only just now getting back to normal, but enough of that ****…

All last 8 are completed and boxed. Those left, if you’ve had any changes in address please let me know. If not, they go out the door Friday and we’re calling this closed.

The saddest part of this was I was intrigued by some of your offerings on Etsy and was primed to be a repeat customer. Your conduct has been reprehensible at best and fraudulent at the worst.

Given the verbal abuse that you have dealt out to other buyers that DID return for repairs I'll count myself lucky I trusted my skills to fix your shoddy workmanship.

The fact about prioritizing outside orders because by your own admission "Etsy has consequences" shows that you had utter disrespect and disregard for other makers here on the RPF and took advantage. You were called on this and came up with a continuous string of excuses, guilt tripping and other abusive behavior.

YOU are the one who broke the trust of the community. Be an adult and face the consequences of your actions.
