For the windows, I’ve seen the bubble issues that can happen from using dental acrylic and I’ve seen the TrekWorks guy use Micro Kristal Klear but I don’t know how strong that dries. Never thought of using polyester resin.
Thank you, i used a 2mm or a 3 mm drill bit for the circular ports....i used the same drill bit for either side of the eliptical ones and just cut/carved the rest out.....needle files were my friend!
I filled the holes with a polyester resin, which took about a week to cure....(first time for everything!) Then wet sanded them flush.....
