I sure like #1. It's the logo I associate the most with the film.

#1 Is most like the official logo .. but perhaps it could be a bit bigger on the plaque ?

Maybe move the line "Active project edition 1 of 60", down towards the "Han Solo DL-44" line and scale up the logo?

As far as the plaques go, #1 is the real deal. All are well done, but the first one is all 1980.

I know one of the issues (from earlier discussions) with #1 is the dead space on the sides. I think bobadebt needs a logo. This way on the left you could put the logo on the top left and "1 of 60" on the top right.

Two questions, and I apologize in advance as they're pretty rookie questions but, Would it be too late to get involved with this run? And could a total beginner build one of these after purchase of one of the ESB Accurized Mausers and set of parts?

Yes, you can join the project

My kits basically bolt together and in most cases I will ship it pre-assembled to make sure everything is there and that it fits.


I also offer a menu of inexpensive services so the only skills you need are to finish it with your choice of paint of could bluing solution.

Some of the services I will offer with this kit will be removing the front sight, applying aluminum black to the Denix (as a base coat) painting the Denix (as a base coat)
