Limited Run RUN CLOSED * DL-44 ESB Blaster Machined Parts Set * RUN CLOSED

I received the parts today and they look great.

The scope bracket, scope bracket spacer and scope bracket disk are all new and mounted to my 2004 version that as built on an MGC. The grip looks bad because it is a Denix plastic grip that doesn’t fit right, I just laid it on there for the picture

If the comments are positive I will mount the parts onto an non-accurized Denix.

Once we get this figured out I will move onto the Hoth version.

That's mad beautiful! So forgive me if this is a rookie question, but it's only the one knob-bolt-spacer combination holding the bracket on, right? And I guess this is more of a general question of the blaster's construction because I've never held one but, how secure is the connection and will it hold up to minimal flailing about in coalition with exuberant child like blaster noises?

Yep, I absolutely love it, nailed the bracket size and the thumbscrew in my opinion!

*edit* Scope bracket disc, either way, I think we nailed it :lol

Yep. just adjust the correct amount of counter tension on the nut in the magwell when building it. If you're still unsure, just add a bit superglue or loctite.

Man, it looks great! I really like the more matte finish on them too. I can't wait to see the Hoth parts...and get my parts lol.

Looking good David.
Do you have a comparsion of the LUKE vs. the HAN Bespin brackets? How did the different radius came out?

Looking fantastic. It's one thing seeing mock-ups and renders along with seeing individual pieces. Seeing one mostly assembled is completely different altogether. Almost two years in the making, and the finish line is approaching!

Awesome :)

Scope looks really good .. lots of potential for weathering in a really nice accurate way, (or an idealized brand new look).

Happy

had to come back to gaze at the pictures... boba all your hard work has paid off.. this thing is a work of art

So glad I asked to be on the back up list since I missed the initial offering. That looks amazing! Hoping to land a Bespin set (maybe some extra parts as well).

The Denix is threaded which I use as a temporary set up, once everything is in place I provide a nurt so you can really crank down on the bracket assembly.

I just have the one for now, The Han does have the bigger radius on the print so I'm sure it will look fine.

I know it feels like 2 years but this thread was started in December of 2014 so not quite that long.
