A vintage turntable I restored (my other hobby is vintage hifi restoration) was purchased by the prop department and used for the TV show The Blacklist.
This was one of the only episodes of the latter seasons I really enjoyed. I started that show solely because of Spader's portrayal of Reddington, and he's the only reason I bothered finishing it. Elizabeth Keen is easily one of the worst-written characters I've seen lately.
Had a recent commission come in for one of my Nux bobble-birds to be used on a commercial shoot for a car. Dunno the details but it's in NDA Hell at the moment. I won't know anything until it airs.
My 3D model of the Nostromo was used (and credited) as the basis for the large drawing in the "Weyland Yutani Report" book from a few years back. Not a screen, but best I have to share if that counts.
I supplied four of my unpainted Army Of Darkness Evil Dead replica chainsaws to S1 of Ash Vs Evil Dead; two working and two non-working. They dismantled and reworked & recast them them for the various gags they needed, but it was nice to supply them all the same. I also supplied chainsaws to the Evil Dead Musical runs in New York, Toronto and South Korea too.
A pretty minor contribution, but I provided the frosted lenses for the Star Trek Continues wall comm panels. Just the lenses, not the whole panel. It got me a “Special Thanks” on IMBD.
