Yes OT gets built-in immunity from criticism. Because somehow they didn't have the budget to fix that. Of course it would have probably just needed an adjustment and cost nothing. Different world then. They didn't imagine frame by frame analysis at home.

Yep, it gets a pass because we are lucky it got made at all. With the limited budget and everything going against it, it still passes the test of time.

Darth Vader looks great in Rogue One but i am excited to see Felicity Jones as Jyn Erso because she is being fantastic in many movies like Spiderman 2 , Emily, Page Eight etc, but that is why i am excited to see her in rogue one and one more thing i love Jyn Erso Jacket too ...

Well, we know Vader was originally going to appear in Rey's vision fighting Luke in TFA and I wonder if that same suit has been modded and repurposed with some ANH details for R1. Perhaps why it appears to be a bit of a hybrid, and not totally correct for ANH-era Vader.
