Rogue One Flightsuits and Comm Pads

Does anyone know who made the screen used Comm Pads or flight suits for Rogue One?

mom trying to figure out what’s going on with the Tie Comm Pad and window. It looks like a smaller window with 1/2 the pad used for the Tie..but no real good pics exist that I can find.

It could just be that the panel is shoved too far toward the glove, and hiding half of it.
