I'm interested to see what they come up with. When they were talking about Forest Whitaker's character having two different hair styles, I thought it might be cool to start with him talking about what's happened, from his point of view, since ROTS instead of the crawl. Then later on they might find him and he looks different.

I think we see Saw in two different time lines. One with a young Jyn after her Dad is taken away and another as an adult when she needs to find him. I think Saw raised Jyn after the scene we see in the trailer and is her mentor.

I'm surprised that no one is complaining that the Death Star graphics look too high tech compared to ANH.

Most of the graphics look pretty in line with the New Hope, maybe a tad brighter. Especially check out the monitors inside the rebel base, the same stuff as seen in A New Hope

Ok sure, you need to be nice clean shaven and smelling good before attacking the Empire.
Did his mom lay out a clean pair of underroos on his bed at home?

Just wanted to ad, that many Militaries do stress a clean cut well groomed appearance.
Its also been common practice to prepare yourself for a loved ones viewing, incase you dont make it back alive.
Almost every soilder I knew kept a razor with them.
Just my 2¢.

Before WWI, beards and moustaches were a sign of manliness. Along came chemical warfare and the need for gas-masks on the battlefield and suddenly sporting facial hair wasn't such a good idea anymore.

I heard it was debunked a few days ago with there still being no date announced. Since I have not seen anything specific one way or the other, I am guessing that is correct, that it is not today and there is no date announced at all...

No doubt personal hygiene & appearance is important even on battlefield mission.
Personally I'd be more concerned about getting the F back alive.
Don't recall too many bring back remains for funeral scenes in SW universe.

Enjoyed the additional movie footage looks.
Really looking forward to this release.
Even though these new trailers & tv ads have a keep hope alive feel, want the serious Dirty Dozen to come out.

I've been refreshing AMC's website since 6am today and they had a Rogue One ticket page up until about 20 minutes ago when it was pulled and replaced with a 'Move Along..' page.

No active dates, I was not able to purchase tickets, but the page was there today and it was not there last night. I was activated to the AMC website overnight.

did you sign up for their email alerts? i did that along with fandango. some advice to you guys is, when ordering my TFA tickets, avoid using computers or laptops and download the app for your local theater.

seams like many people i know scored tickets easier using the apps then the main site, thats what i plan on doing again, fingers crossed

That is awesome!!!!!

Only one rather large criticism. They've used somebody with Vaders height but not David Prowes bulk. Therefore in profile he looks horribly skinny. The way the base of his helmets neck sticks out looks plain wrong, as does the lack of his shoulder muscles.

The rest of it is utterly thrilling!
