After my daughter (who is 5) watched the Rocketeer animated series that recently came out, she got interested in the original comic and movie. Although she’s a little young for both, she did enjoy seeing some clips of the 1991 film. I thought I’d start making a clay sculpt of the original figure as a gift (originally thought about it as a xmas gift but will definitely be after the holidays). Have a rough sculpt of the figure and helmet so far; just need to do the jet pack and some touching up. Then making a 2 part mold and resin casting. Thinking I’ll make it glow in the dark like I’ve done with some other minifigures in the past. Thought I’d share a picture of what it looks like so far.
