River Song's Journal/Diary To Be Released

I was browsing the various photo galleries from Comic-Con & came across one from Bif Bang Pow, who are doing the Mego styled figures from DW. In a few of the shots there is a replica of the journal. The only info I could make out from the placard beside it was the name of the item & an Entertainment Earth logo in the corner. I don't know if this is an exclusive to EE or not, but I know several folks on here have an interest in having one.

As usual, just passing along the info.

I didn't see anything at the con, I'll have another look tomorrow if I can find it. I don't imagine they'd do it justice, but I'd still like to see it.

It's in the case right behind the Tom Baker bobble-head. If you could let me know what the small print on the placard says, I'd appreciate it Risu.

It does look to me that it's a fabric cover instead of leather, but I'm not positive.

If this is what you are talking about, it seems to be a photo of the prop printed onto the cover of a standard note pad rather than a cover with any relief work going on.

Not a big fan of any of the stuff in this image really.

It's probably just a journal made to resemble the prop, not a prop replica. Otherwise it wouldn't be in a cabinet full of toys.

I checked it out today. It's a lined journal, the cover is a printed glossy paper cover on a hard bound book. No embossing, just a scan like the previously released free image. As for dimensions, it's too thin, too wide, and too tall. If they release them I might get one for a journal if the price is right, but it's definitely not a prop replica. Should be good for all the kids on dw_cosplay, though.

That would be cool if they sold it as a cheap journal to write in. Like many of you though I prefer accuracy to cost (curse my tiny bank account!) XP
