Had he duck tape dummies for awhile now and put Seahunter's skin on it and placed some of the pieces on it to look at fit and placement. The ducktape dummy is of me so, the suit is gonna fit great! I wanted to get your opinions on things as well as the Roman esc' style addition to the AVP cod armor. Take a gander.

Your suit is going to be awesome.

I'd say add even a few more Roman-esque or Greek details to the suit. I'm sure there were Preds in the collesium, battling for honor and trophies right under the noses of the humans.

It looks the ****! I find it's a drag when the skin doesn't fit, you can see folds and all. But it doesn't only look like your skin is gonna fit perfectly well, you also seem to be one of the rare guys with the right frame build to really pull it of. Awesome!!!

If I were you , I'd watch Gladiator and emphasize even more on the Roman thing. I very much like the thing with the straps beside the cod armor - I'd do them in classic dark brown or light black leather...

Also, if you want, check out Roman style shin armor. That could also add a lot, not the usual AVP style. One piece straight up, with some details "hammered out" like lightnings or stuff like that...

Sorry. I got carried away. :)

Dude, that suit is the shiznite. The Roman-style parts around the codpiece make the AVP style armor look a LOT better. The colors all work well, too. Only thing I can find a problem with are the gold blades, they look a little strange against the metal-type color, unless you're making them look rusted.

Nice work. I'd work just a little more on getting the roman stuff in though. It is deffinately one of the better suits I've evr seen. Good job. You should make a fanfilm where the Predator is captured and has to battle in the collesium, and eventually blows up rome. (I know it wouldn't fit in with modern timeline, but it sounds cool) :)

looking good bo,

I see you have all the pieces needed for the complete suit...hopefully if all goes well you and i will be marching side by side in october

I have wanted to add more Roman style armor but, its more expensive than I realized. I wanted to use a Lorica Segmenta (waist and shoulder armor) and a galerus (shoulder armor) but, together they are @ 500.00. Cant do it now. So, maybe later. I have a couple of smaller Roman accents to add. I wanted it to stay closer to the AVP style with Roman bits and pieces. It may evolve into more later.

it always evolves bro, a pred suit is a costume that can be taken to any level you want..

that is what makes it soo cool, as long as the fundementals are there...bio and dreds, the rest is all up to the creator.

Thanks for the kind words fellas. I almost have the feet completed as well, with progress pics on how I built them.

"Thats going to be a great suit when your done Scott. I still love those suit body hanger stands."

I made them awhile back with scrap aluminum and they work great. Pm me, I have an offer for you.

Impressive very impressive Ceasar Yautja!
But would a very distiguished Roman sword of a Ceasar would be an even more impressive statement on your suit.
