Revell 1/2700 Star Destroyer Build Thread

What parts do you need? I needed the neck parts, and was lucky to catch someone parting one of them out, on the bay of e.

Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any spare parts available on eBay. Just the full kit. And the prices on those kits have gone up recently. Still, I think a full replacement is probably my best bet. I think I can avoid making the same mistakes with the gaps this time (for instance, I need to take greater care removing all traces of sprues). Maybe save attaching the turbolasers for last this time.

Bought 2 kits from a German website for not much more than a single kit on eBay, and less than a single kit on Amazon. I figure I can have a backup, plus I'd like to sell at least one of them after it's been built & painted. If I'm successful in selling it, I might just buy the kit from time to time to build up & sell, because I do enjoy the build process (even drilling FO holes).
