After some more research and talking with my brother-in-law who doubled for Lord Marshall, it seems that all the stunt cast necro blades were solid in the centre cut-out sections. This is also seen in every "screen used" pic of this knife online and thus, what is being offered in this run...
However, the hero blade itself it seems had holes. You can see them here with the light shining through...
And no, it's not reflection, I've been through the scene frame-by-frame and the hero definitely has holes. So I have cut these holes out on my own blade which took me a couple of hours. I wanted to make this option available for those purchasing a knife.
So here are your options...
1. keep the blade solid as originally planned
2. cut the holes yourself
3. I can cut them out for $30
