Thanks mate!! Few more pics. Close up of the milled slots in the fingers and thumb. Bodged the thumb a bit, you learn from your mistakes. May have to redo those parts if I find I cant live with it...... the slots in the fingers are 1/16 or 1.58mm. Im using 1.5mm ali for the pulleys but broke my 1.5mm endmill (hence the bodge) so 1/16 was all I had.
