Seriously, some of the most impressive costume work I've seen here. You could stroll into a Disney park and start signing autos for the kids and I don't even think The Mouse would stop you! Haha

But it would be hilarious if the actual Disney park rapunzel saw you signing and was steamed. I can just imagine a kid saying 'but she looks like the princess from the movie'

Awesome work. I've been watching this thread for a while showing my niece. It's here favorite movie right now after her allthetime favoritest movie 'the little mermaid' which we made for her this year.

These turned out fantastic. The wig looked like a royal pain, but damn the

Thank you so much everyone!! I can't say thanks enough. After finally finding a favourite Disney princess at 25 years old, i'm so glad the care I put into them can gain such amazing compliments as all of yours! I so can't wait to share better pictures when they're complete!

The wig.. A huge pain to make but very comfy to wear! I got a pain in my back but i'm 99 prevent sure that was just from sitting leaned forward in a restaurant and some previous back issues. But my neck was fine! Though I can't even begin to imagine how the girls with 7 and more lb wigs will manage.

That is just TOO damn cute. Seriously, your costume is better that Disney could ever imagine.

Love it. My daughter would flip out.

The wig is what makes this costume work. It is simply great!

You are turly talented, I only wish you lived in LA, that way I could use your sewing talent to teach me!

Best picture yet! You can really see all the detailing that went into these costumes. Now you just need to dramatically raise the hem line, lower the bust line and douse yourself in water if you want to win a prize for best costume at Dragonfly nightclub...

We didn't even bother going to Dragonfly this year. It used to be our go-to for Halloween. We lucked out the first year but after ...everything else... got overlooked for people painted with branches and holding an apple...Eh. Not worth $15 cover.

And THANKS! I just love the colours in that photo, other than my skirt looking a bit lighter than it is.
