I find myself playing it a bit every night. Overall i like it, but for me it lacks the depth of Fallout 3. Sofar, the story is kinda 'Meh!' and the interaction with characters is on the shallow side.

It is a good game to keep you occupied while waiting for uncharted 3 and assassins creed: revelations to drop on the doormat

I've played about an hour of RAGE so far. Graphics are amazing. Plays a lot like Borderlands like others have mentioned. I think its still fun, a decent waste of time that needs wasting, but I would wait 'til prices go down to get the game for myself.

I finished the game the other week, and i share the opinion of many others on the web. The game is great fun, but after finishing it, it seems to miss something. The ending felt like an anti-climacs and i hated that the more you came to the end the game wouldn't allow you to wrap up some of the sidequests.

Who knows, maybe they will do a Rage 2 and we will see the same thing we saw with mass effect. Part one of that felt unpolished to me too, but part 2 will remain one of my all time favorites.

Don't have to get bored though the coming months. Currently playing 'the missing link' DLC for DEUS EX and Uncharted 3 and AC:Revelations are also coming in soon.

The whole 2nd disc just felt bolted on and rushed....you don't even get to explore anywhere, especially the wasteland...too many heavily armed vehicles trying to constantly kill you......

And what a waste of John Goodman....i hoped he be a companion all the way through.......

If i was to score RAGE out of 10...i'd give it 4/10

That's how Deus ex was. You watch this trailer: Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Extended "Icarus" Trailer - YouTube and see footage and abilities nowhere in the game at all. Some of the dialogue is the same but the scenes are totally shot a different way. It's like they rewrote the entire game. It's all about flash and not quality anymore.

Bollocks......i'm playing Deus Ex now......are you saying it's another disappointment? I have to admit, the door hacking stuff is starting to wear thin......

It's not disappointing but it's not as good as it could have been. So much of that stuff shown in the trailer made more sense to the storyline though and looks so much better. It's a good cyberpunk game but i think Square got pushy and forced it to be released too soon. Not to mention the DLC costs 1200 points. Once you play the game some watch the trailer and you can compare things.

I'm not very far into it, but i am sort of enjoying it....i'm totally hopeless at the stealth stuff and just end up shooting EVERYBODY....so maybe it's not my game after all....and 1200msp for a DLC? No.......no thanks......

....Skyrim tomorrow anyway....

lol Actually the dlc shocked me as it has nearly as many chapters as the main game from what i can tell so it may prove worth it. I want a DLC that happens after the main game as they leave it pretty open. I'm not so good at the stealth either but in the DLC you have no choice. Plus after playing Metal gear games for a month now stealth is second nature. As for Rage I'd had high hopes when i heard the storyline but as usual a good idea for an RPG got passed up and turned into a shooter.

Naw. I'm not a fan of bethesda games. I try to like their version of fallout but it just isn't as good as the original two. Plus i'm not a fan of non turn based RPGs. I'm stockpiling pS1 and ps2 games. I bet Rage gets a sequel though.
