Question for you Terminator: TSCC nuts

Anyone know the dimensions of Cameron's chip?
I saw the USB Drive that was offered when they were trying to save the show, but it just looked too plastic imho. I wanted to make a more realistic looking one, but first I need the dimensions of the chip. Any good guesses would be freakin awesome. Here's some pictures.
